We're honored that Jacaranda on 9th was recognized as **Project of the Year – New Construction (Under 90 Units)** at the San Diego Housing Federation Ruby Awards.

As the general contractor, Highland was proud to help bring this affordable housing community to life. More than just a building, Jacaranda on 9th provides safe, stable housing and supportive services for seniors, veterans, working families, and individuals rebuilding their lives.
