Most ADUs are built with one or two bedrooms. This project takes a different approach.

Located just blocks from San Diego State University, this 1,200 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 1-bath ADU was designed to maximize the property's rental potential. In a market where student housing is in high demand, adding more bedrooms can significantly increase the value and income potential of the property.
