This weekend, we hit pause on the grind and took our solar leaders on a retreat. Because leadership isn’t just about hitting numbers, running appointments, or knocking more doors. It’s about investing in the people who invest in everyone else.

What changes is who is willing to stay through the hard seasons. The people who stay planted, keep working, and do not fold when things get uncomfortable are usually the ones who get to enjoy the payoff later. Homeowners still need help, rates are still going up, and the reps who stayed ready are the ones in position now.
