Customer installed a condensate pump. While pulling the indoor unit from the wall to gain access for wiring and drain line, the flare connection accidentally loosened, releasing the entire refrigerant charge. Located the leak, tightened the flare connection, pulled a vacuum, recharged the system, and restored normal operation.

Air handler down due to pressure transmitter and return fan fault. Fixed, calibrated, and back online.
Another HVAC issue solved. Air handler operating as designed.

TXV failed to respond to hot/cold sensing bulb tests or adjustment screw. Replaced TXV using nitrogen purge while protecting the distributor and new TXV with a wet rag or heat shield. Final step is to verify and adjust superheat to specification.
