I don't like to rag on other people's work, but if I can demo all your tile work in less than 2 hours, then of course it gonna leak. Installed proper flashing, slope and waterproofing.

My first official contract! Some interesting things to note are not only making the door between the laundry room and kitchen wider, but also converting it into a pocket door. The client, who was the primary conceptualist on this well designed project, wanted to move it closer to the exterior door (which was updated for heating efficiency) to improve lighting in the kitchen and flow to the outside. They also plan to use the grey water from the washer to supply irrigation to the garden, so we installed a diveter on the drain to allow the output to flow to the sewer or (eventually) the backyard. The cabinet around the tankless water heater was custom built to fit the space and allow for extra storage. The scope of this project grew as it went on, and there was a lot to learn, but I'm very proud to have brought a contemporary touch to this Old Town home.

What a project this old modular home has been! Toilets falling through floors, bad wiring that almost burned the place down, the first thing I had to do was jack up the back corners 6". This has been a long term remodel and there's still some plumbing issues to tend to, but getting the communal areas painted was the last big face lift. So proud to have transformed this home that 4 generations of family come together in regularly

Baby proofing "Gigi's" patio. Not only was the hand rail too low per code, there was only a handful of balusters (every 4' or so). Slapped on a fresh coat of paint and got this deck up to a safe and professional standard.

Another quality of life upgrade at Thorn St. Guest and dogs no longer have to go through the master bedroom to enjoy the back yard!

A little plumbing work for the portfolio. Whether it's copper, PEX, PVC, steel, or ABS I can work with it.

This utility sink I installed had to be put on a platform. While the water coming out of your faucet is in a pressurized system, your drain line works with good old fashion gravity. To tie the drain into the existing plumbing at the optimal location and be code compliant, I had to raise the sink 4". The client wants to build a cabinet and counter top in the future, so the platform will also make an excellent toekick!
