Check out this backyard refresh we just wrapped up in North San Diego.

The old tile patio had seen better days, so we broke it all out and replaced it with brand new Belgard pavers that hold up way better and look great against that view.

While we were at it, we swapped out the 20+ year old turf, touched up the stucco, and cleaned up the surrounding landscaping and hardscape so the whole outdoor space feels fresh again.

"It's like having a whole other room!"

This yard remodel centered around replacing the homeowner's patio with these beautiful pavers & custom shade structure.

Now the homeowner will be able to hang their TV on the wall use the fans in the warm months and have a nice heater for the chillier months.

Of course we added all the boring stuff too like drainage, gutters, and a nice new fence that matches the beautiful woodwork on the shade structure.
