We’re Hiring: HVAC Service Technician (Full-Time) — San Diego

THAT HVAC Guy is growing and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Tech to keep our office & light-commercial clients running at their best (with some residential, too).

What you’ll do

Maintain, diagnose, and repair RTUs, mini-splits & packaged units

Perform installs/start-ups and verify charge/airflow

Communicate clearly with customers and document work orders

What you bring

4+ years experience (service & installs)

Valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record

EPA/HVAC certification

Solid troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset

What we offer

$30–$40/hr (DOE)
