Here is the second bathroom remodel we did for our clients downtown. We a made the removed the bathtub and added a shower making it more accessible and added more storage. We replaced the door with a soft close pocket door so there would be more usable space in the bathroom without the hindrance of the door when it’s open. Vicky again did an amazing job on the design.

We just finished up 2 bathroom remodels for a client downtown. We eliminated the tub And built her an area to primp, we made the shower more accessible and added lots of storage. Vicky did an absolutely amazing job working with the client learning their wants and needs and bringing them to fruition.

Lighting adds more visual interest so we added LED lighting under cabinets, back lit mirrors, new lighting fixtures as well as replacing all recessed lighting with LED fixtures on dimmer switches.

Here’s an inexpensive way to dress up beams.
Take laminate flooring, a router with v-notch bit and heat gun and you can wrap beams or post saving a bundle of $ by not using hardwood planks.

Finished adding the finishing touches to the 20’s style Speak Easy we built in the customers basement.
Built a room inside a room, added bar top with 3 wine fridges, walnut cabinet, quartz countertop and tile backsplash. We also did tin ceiling wrapping the beams with faux wood appearance.
Lighting included LED strip lighting accenting beam, pendant lights over the bar and LeD fixture in the middle of ceiling.
Epoxy coating on floors and insulation of Murphy book cabinet door with wood paneling on exterior of wall to conceal entrance to the room.
