Exciting news! Our company is relocating to a new, bigger, state-of-the-art facility in San Diego, bringing us closer together and expanding our horizons.

I want to update everyone with some major strategic changes which will enhance the business relationship with Alpha Die Cutting.

On 1st April. 2024 we will be situated in a new location in San Diego. The new address will be 7567 Convoy Ct, San Diego, CA - 92111

Moving to the new larger space will allow us to increase our existing manufacturing capacity - improve delivery times even further, manufacture any increased customer demand.

In the next few months we will be purchasing additional cutting or other manufacturing machinery - we are ready to enhance our manufacturing capabilities but will be customer led by considering what other areas our existing customer base needs help with.

In the bustling industrial landscape of San Diego, precision die cutting stands as a crucial process, shaping the way businesses operate and innovate.
How to save up to 50% on your Die Cutting project
After reviewing all of the customer RFQ’s we have found that the average cost savings we have been able to find is between 5% and 25% of the original cost.

Info 1 – Demand quantity
We need to know the quantity of custom gaskets required.
Potential Saving
As material is purchased in standard sizes (rolls or sheets) we are sometimes able to yield more parts from that material. By increasing the quantity the price per part is lower.

Info 2 – Required delivery date
The customers required delivery date is useful to our production schedule.
Potential Saving
If the customer does not need a delivery in a few days then we can source the material from a different supplier who has a lower price but higher delivery time.

Info 3 – Technical drawing
We require a technical drawing of the part design.
Potential Saving
We can make holes in the part to most diameter sizes needed but sometimes the drawing specifies a non standard size.

Info 4 – Raw material
Provide details of the specific raw material being used.
Potential Saving
We have discussed many projects where a less expensive material is acceptable.
