This property has been under construction for about a month and a half and we are getting close to the finish line 🏁

Inside of the unit is just about complete, and our team decided to really elevate the outdoor space with the addition of a deck! It's always nice to maximize space and feature San Diego's beautiful weather and year round sunshine ☀️

A 3-2-1 buydown is when the buyer decides they want to lower their interest rate for the first 3 years. In this scenario, the buyer would pay an interest rate of 2% the first year, 3% the second year, and 4% the third year, but would have to pay the full 5% from years 4–30.
