Lane Sharman and others think there is in "Community Choice Aggregation". We asked him to brief on the business case for a new San Diego Energy District, which he and a team of well-regarded energy experts have proposed. This is the first public briefing we know of on this particular aspect of the concept. Lori Saldana, a co-sponsor of AB 32, and a key player in Green policy while in the CA Assembly, knows policy because she makes it. In addition, it turns out she is also currently leading in the Democratic primary for Congress in the new 52nd District, where Democrats are taking on Rep. She will give her views on what to expect in Sacramento and Washington DC in 2012 and beyond in Green policy. Also, Mark Reynolds, Executive Director of Citizens Climate Lobby will talk about the latest and next lobby day in Washington. Hear what CCL supports in national
