Breaking ground on a new community destination in San Diego! 🌱

Last week, we were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Bruce Brown Memorial Park in Mira Mesa!

The new community space will feature athletic fields, playgrounds, basketball and pickleball courts, fitness stations, walking trails, picnic areas, concessions, and vibrant landscaped spaces designed to support recreation, connection, and community for years to come.

Projects like this create an impact far beyond construction, and we’re honored to help bring a meaningful new space to the community alongside The City of San Diego, Lennar, Gafcon PM-CM LLC, Schmidt Design Group, Bowman Engineering, and the entire project team!

The completed space features a full-service restaurant, gathering areas, outdoor event environments, and high-end finishes designed to bring tenants and the surrounding community together in new ways.

From structural shell to vibrant destination.

Our Colorado team recently completed the transformation of an existing 18,000sf two-story office building into a vibrant hospitality and gathering destination in Boulder.

The extensive renovation included major MEP infrastructure upgrades, structural modifications, a new commercial kitchen, upgraded outdoor event spaces, and high-end finishes throughout; all while preserving the existing building shell and maintaining activity across the surrounding campus.

The completed space now features a full-service restaurant, coffee and cocktail bars, flexible gathering areas, and outdoor environments designed to create a more connected campus experience.

Progress continues at Inglemoor High School as Phase 1 keeps building momentum! 👏

From below-grade masonry wrapping up on the west elevation to continued wall framing and parapet work by our self-perform teams, the site is steadily taking shape. Key access points are now in place, MEP rough-in is advancing, and exterior work is opening up more of the site for the next phases of construction. 🏗️

Giving back to our communities, one bag at a time.

Our LA team recently partnered with the Volunteer Center for the Summer Send Off, assembling 60 bags filled with essentials to help local students enjoy a safe, healthy, and fun summer. From STEAM kits to sunscreen and school supplies, each bag is designed to support students beyond the classroom.

These donations will support students at local schools in Long Beach, helping set them up for a strong and supported summer ahead.
