DLF caters to various customers such as State/City, commercial developers, private owners, and federal agencies such as ACOE, USACE, USCG, GSA.
Manage project financials, prepare budgets, CPM schedules, issue subcontracts, supervise direct employees (such as PE and Superintendent), manage subcontractors, develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations.

The Project Manager is responsible for overall success of the projects he is assigned to.

The ideal candidate plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the construction project activities with all stakeholders. Our PMs are responsible to manage employees, make key player hires if needed, procure self-work crews and ensure we meet production goals. Strong support of superintendents and subcontractors is a needed. The PM will ensure the project scope is built in full conformance with the plans, specification, schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates must have the following qualities:

Self motivated
High energy level and enthusiasm
Strong level of discretion
Professional in all aspects of his work
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Well organized
Great problem solver
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office based programs
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines are a must.
Knowledge in RMS for Army Corps of Engineers project is a plus.

Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years experience.

Traveling: Position will be based out of the National City office and will require travel to jobsites as needed.
