ATA Engineering is proud to announce a new contract award with NASA’s Launch Services Program (LSP) office based at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

ATA has been awarded a one-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA), with four one-year option periods that will allow ATA the opportunity to provide specialized engineering and subject matter expert (SME) services to the LSP office.

Under the BPA, ATA will have the opportunity to compete for call orders to provide independent engineering expertise in launch vehicle assessments, spacecraft integration evaluations, mission certification activities, anomaly investigations, specialized studies, and other related technical support services. ATA’s team will draw on our breadth of expertise spanning mechanical and aerospace engineering, propulsion, materials and structural engineering, flight design, flight dynamics, thermal engineering, and systems engineering to address critical technical challenges for the LSP office and to ensure mission success.

ATA Engineering will attend the ASTM International 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝟮𝟰 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 meeting next week in Garden Grove, California. Our team attends these twice-yearly meetings to connect with fellow industry members worldwide as F24 develops and maintains the standard methods that guide design, testing, maintenance, operation, and practices for amusement rides and devices. Through F24 sessions and workshops that encourage open discussion of the standards, attendees share insights and address industry-specific challenges, thus helping to safeguard theme park visitors around the world.

ATA brings decades of engineering experience to the themed entertainment industry, helping clients address complex design, analysis, and test challenges with safety at the forefront. At next week’s meeting, ATA looks forward to connecting with industry peers and exchanging ideas that support continued innovation and collaboration across this industry.

SPRSA brings together government, industry, and academic organizations to advance routine, affordable access to space for small payloads. The association also supports the continued growth of the small satellite market by addressing the broader range of capabilities needed beyond rideshare opportunities.
