Happy Friday Narwhals! 🎉 Great job at our offseason competitions, Stay Classy Classic and Beach Blitz! 🤖 Because of the effort put in by our members, we decided to have Monday off! This week, our mechanical department focused on cleaning, 🧹 especially in the pit and workshop. They’re also in the process of taking apart the robot; they’ve already started to take apart the manipulator for Gillbert. Lastly, they’re also double checking our inventory and making sure we have everything we need for the future. In Controls, 🎮 members are also focusing on unpacking after comps; they’ve specifically focused on unpacking the pit. Also, members are starting to reprogram 🧑💻 the robot for more experience for new members. In Strategy, members reflected on their performance at our offseason comps and conducted a post mortem. They also started a mock kickoff, where they simulate what members will do at the beginning of the season. Lastly, in Barketing, members also had a post mortem and reflected on their performance at comps.🥇New members also worked on our newsletter; 📰 make sure to keep an eye out, it’ll be out soon!
