We are seeking a candidate who excels in a fast-paced team environment and can balance a workload while coordinating multiple priorities. The Administrative Assistant position requires performing a wide variety of secretarial support functions such as answering phones, organizing and distributing mail, ordering office supplies and keeping logs up to date. Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is required. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to The Nielsen Team and serves as a primary point of administrative contact for internal and external needs. Ability to prioritize, problem solving skills and organization are key in this position. Background in construction is preferable.

Personnel Filing
Employee Birthday Tracking and Acknowledgement
Business License Filing in G drive and Hard Copy
DMV log and requests for registration and smog on all vehicles
Create Prelims for every job and distribute when requested
Review Statements, Review Quick books, reach out to Vendors when there are discrepancies
