We have been involved in all aspects of the construction field including roofing and seismic retrofitting The M&M Construction Group is a general construction company specializing in both residential and commercial construction. We have been involved in all aspects of the construction field including custom remodels, additions, alterations, patios, decks, tenant improvement projects, and roofing.

Additionally, we have experience in both residential foundation seismic retrofitting and commercial seismic retrofitting of both URM (un-reinforced masonry) buildings and concrete tilt-up buildings. In 2008 we were awarded the Heritage Restoration Award by the City of South Pasadena Cultural Heritage Commission for the façade restoration of the Fair Hope Building in South Pasadena.

We originally built out the office in 2025 and left the main lobby open with two private rooms. This year, we seamlessly added another office within the existing lobby footprint designed and constructed to look like it was always part of the original build.

Clean lines. Glass partitions. Exposed ducting. Modern finishes.
A seamless TI that blends perfectly with the existing layout no disruption, no patchwork look, just smooth integration.
