A home's exterior should reflect the character of what's inside. This corner Victorian in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood retained many of its original interior details, but the exterior no longer reflected the home's historic architecture. Our team restored the façade to its original Victorian design, including a new front porch, custom trim and millwork, new siding, exterior paint, and structural reinforcement. Every detail was completed with the goal of preserving the home's architectural integrity. Swipe to the last photo to see what the home looked like before the restoration.

San Francisco homes are known for their character, but they often require thoughtful planning to meet the demands of modern living. We design custom built-ins, integrated shelving, pantry solutions, and millwork that make every square foot work harder. By incorporating functional elements directly into the design, we create homes that feel larger, more efficient, and tailored to the way our clients live.

The updated layout, finishes, and natural light make the bathroom feel brighter, more open, and better suited for everyday use.

This custom home build in San Francisco's Midtown Terrace is currently in the demolition phase, clearing the original home to make way for a ground-up build. The project requires extensive excavation to create a level foundation, which is an important part of building on San Francisco's hillside terrain. With neighboring homes positioned higher on the slope, careful leveling and foundation work will establish the base for the new custom residence.

The relocation of the children’s and primary bedrooms to the upper floor allowed the main level to be redefined into a more open, functional living area.
