Planned power outage at the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant. SFPUC is taking the primary 12kV power infrastructure from PG&E and has selected USET to perform the work. USET will plan and execute the outages, isolate and transfer the 12kV feeds, so the plant can operate independently without relying on PG&E.
