On Prasanna’s Bay Area single family project, we deployed our full end-to-end robotic framing system — a modular robotic workcell that operates with zero manual intervention, using laser-guided tracking to fabricate components with 1 mm accuracy. The system dynamically adapts to custom home designs while maintaining the speed and cost efficiency of mass production, resulting in faster on-site assembly, lower waste, and higher structural precision.

And this is just the beginning. We’re already scaling our robotic manufacturing capacity to build more homes with robotic framing — and will introduce new breeds of robots to automate the fabrication of the rest of the home, from facade to kitchens and beyond.

The goal: cost and speed never seen before for building resilient, custom homes.

🚀Massive milestone for Cosmic Buildings — our mobile robotic micro-factory has officially launched in Pacific Palisades.🚀

What started as a product debut turned into something far more powerful. Over 150 neighbors joined us — many of them having recently lost their homes to fire.

During the event, our founder shared a deeply personal memory from exactly 30 years ago — when his own family’s home burned down during the civil war. That loss shaped the mission we carry today: rebuilding hope through housing.

This isn’t just about robotics or innovation. It’s about making beautiful, custom, fire-resistant housing radically more affordable — and helping solve America’s housing crisis.

Made with the same natural, non-toxic materials, both models – Cosmic Studio and Cosmic One are characterized by a modern minimalistic style that is timeless, comfortable and versatile.
The wall panels are made of cross-laminated timber and different types of plywood, flooring is made of engineered hardwood, cladding options include stained cedar (black, gray or natural finish) and composite panels in a copper tone, allowing the user to choose the desired aesthetic.

At Cosmic, modern design and sustainability go hand in hand and they perfectly complement one another.🌱
