Distillery Employee Breakroom Project

This was an 800 sq. ft. breakroom renovated on a 6 week schedule for St George Spirits in Alameda. Demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, new lighting, paint, millwork, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, and appliances. EVOLV was commissioned to design build the project based on the owners vision of a clean, modern and welcoming space to relax and enjoy a meal or just grab an espresso!

Distillery, Tasting Room, and Bottles Sales Room Renovation

Another EVOLV Commercial Construction project at the artesian distillers St. George Spirits, located at the Alameda Naval Air Station. This was a 2150 sq. ft. tasting room and bottle sales counter renovation, completed on a 12 week schedule. It included demo of plaster walls, framing, electrical, plumbing, millwork, concrete counter tops, specialty metal work, stainless steel counter tops, new steel handrails to match original, and new ADA restrooms, and expansion of the existing rooms. Old buildings like this one at Hanger 21 present many obstacles, but we met the challenges and delivered a successful project.

Full lobby renovation, French Bank of San Francisco

Another recently completed project is a full lobby renovation of the building at 110 Sutter St, the original French Bank of San Francisco. It included a new walk off mat, new LED lighting, marble floor restoration, carpet, paint, electronic display board, value engineered, reconstructed guard desk. Original 1907 marble flooring discovered during demolition that we restored, cleaned and polished.

Office Tenant Spec Suite Project, San Francisco

We recently completed a project at 110 Sutter Street in San Francisco. This project was a demo and rebuild of a tenant space including new ADA compliant restrooms, new large conference room, 2 small meeting/phone rooms, new kitchen, new power distribution, new life safety system, new LED lighting with Title 24 controls, new hardwood flooring, restoration of original marble mosaic flooring, restoration of original brick façade. During construction, we accommodated the new tenant, Bug Snag, with new network cabling, electrical for system furniture, and installation of mounts and TVs.
