Our latest behind-the-scenes video captures the work that goes into building a multi-floor, interconnecting staircase at one of our Seattle projects, including the precision required to maneuver and position each piece of steel within an active building.

What started as a six-story base building upgrade for Swift Real Estate Partners evolved into an additional three-floor tenant improvement project for SamTrans' new headquarters.

Located next to the Millbrae Transit Center, the project combines extensive infrastructure upgrades with modern workplace spaces, including conference rooms, collaboration areas, an Executive Briefing Center, and employee amenities. A great example of how projects can grow through strong partnerships and successful delivery.
