Back to Daly City and the dry rot job, managed to remove all the old sheeting/window expose and repair all the damaged framing. Made a slight architectural change to mitigate future leaks. insulatation and new shear wall, living room portion next week. Lots to do

Been a minute since we were able to get back to the Daly City job, passed our water proofing and flashing inspection this morning so we were able to install the nice new Marvin windows.

So I posted about Element 4 Fireplaces. I feel I should explain a little bit more as they called and left a VM, their product is fine it takes a lot more effort and attention to detail to install that is not the issue, it’s the install instructions that are confusing or lacking detail, then don’t us started on the remote interface. These are the issues Maxitrol isn’t great at, I/we prefer ProFlame 2 simple interface in works every time. Sorry not sorry
