About Owner / Managing Principal:
Dr. Issa has extensive experience in the structural design and analysis of buildings. Twenty two years of practical experience, compounded by a strong academic background, Dr. Issa developed deep understanding of the basis and intent of current codes. He is an expert in the design, analysis and retrofit of structures. He has authored several papers on the subject in national engineering journals, the Earthquake Engineering Research Center Reports, and Earthquake Engineering Conference papers.
