Electrical BIM: from Kickoff to Finished Project

As you may know, our roots in construction began with electrical modeling. And we continue to build on that foundation with skilled BIM electrical specialists dedicated to eliminating risks and delivering successful projects. But what stages do such projects go through to ensure the best possible outcomes?

🔷 Step 1. Preplanning

Our process begins with establishing project parameters, carefully reviewing design documentation, and coordinating with the field team to align on prefabrication preferences.

🔷 Step 2. Redlining

During this stage, we develop 2D redlines, convert them into well-detailed 3D models, and create conduit schedules.

🔷 Step 3. BIM modeling and coordination

This step involves reviewing proposing designs, planning sequencing within all specializations, and defining potential issues. That helps us optimize system routing, vet installation options, and choose proper materials.
