While installing a new air conditioning system for this wonderful customer, our install team discovered that her water heater had failed and was leaking, damaging the platform as well. When we learned she couldn't afford another unexpected replacement, we had a choice to make. We chose people.

Every year around this time, we gear up for the summer heat with our kickoff meeting. It’s a chance to reflect on our winter wins, align on upcoming goals, and roll out new improvement, all while enjoying some great food together.
