👋 Meet the Team: Lori Marsh, Project Manager

Lori rejoined the Paradigm Mechanical team in June, bringing an impressive 35 years of construction industry experience across federal, state, commercial, general contracting, mechanical, and plumbing projects.

A driven and forward-thinking Project Manager, Lori focuses on anticipating challenges, keeping projects on schedule and within budget, and making sure her teams have what they need to succeed. For Lori, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing a completed project and knowing everything that went into bringing it across the finish line.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her kids and dogs and supporting the Wounded Warrior Project whenever possible.

👋 Meet the Team: Leon Cavallo, Project Manager

Leon joined the Paradigm Mechanical team in June, bringing 17 years of construction industry experience across private, state, K-12, and military projects.

With experience from both the owner’s representative and general contractor sides, Leon brings a strong understanding of project scope, logistics, scheduling, and trade coordination. He enjoys tackling challenges, staying ahead of potential risks, and ultimately seeing a project come together successfully.

Outside of work, you’ll find Leon mountain biking, hiking with his wife and dogs, catching a movie, or supporting local pet charities.
