Acosta Manufacturing is the San Francisco and Greater Bay Area's leading manufacturer of HVAC products: architectural products and sheet metal building materials. Our affiliation with the Union Local 104 provides us with the expertise needed to ensure that all of our products meet the highest industrial and residential standards. Since 1972, we have put customer service as the number one priority.

Shantal’s journey with us started in 2018, and we’ve been lucky to watch her grow into a standout team member. She’s stepping into this new leadership role while still continuing her work in customer service, balancing both with excellence.
We are proud to also say Shantal is a second-generation Acosta team member! Her dad has been fabricating with us since 1995. We love seeing family legacies thrive!

Looking back at the Cal Smacna 59th Annual Convention, we're still feeling inspired!
From Tom Edwards’ eye-opening talk on AI in Construction, to Alex Weber’s powerful keynote on Unstoppable Leadership, the event was packed with thought-provoking moments.
We also had a blast at the golf tournament, especially cheering on Michelle Acosta, who took home the Longest Drivewin in the women’s category!
Big thanks to CAL SMACNA for hosting such a memorable event, already looking forward to the next one!

Here’s one of our recent projects: a custom plenum with tap-in built to meet specific jobsite requirements.
At Acosta Sheet Metal Manufacturing, we create solutions that help our clients work smarter and more efficiently. Every build reflects the detail and care we bring to the shop floor. This piece specifically is a 95x55" plenum with a Tap-in installed on one side. It includes 10-gauge exterior reinforcement and Level 4 cleaning.
