A full transformation is underway at our 500 Coleman project, where an existing space is being reimagined into something entirely new.

This renovation goes beyond a simple refresh. It’s a thoughtful reworking of the building’s structure, flow, and experience. From new framing and insulation to a complete exterior facelift, every layer of the space is being reconsidered with purpose.

One of the most distinctive elements is a concealed circular office, accessed through a hidden door that opens seamlessly into the surrounding workspace. It’s a moment of surprise and intention, blending functionality with design in a way that invites curiosity and interaction.

Throughout the project, natural light and air movement play a key role. Skylights introduce daylight deep into the space, while large-scale ceiling fans support both comfort and performance.

Designed by E2 Architecture, this project reflects a balance between precision and creativity, where each element contributes to a cohesive and modern environment.

Progress is underway on one of our clean energy and technology projects as the space begins to take shape.

Walls are going up, systems are being installed, and the future offices, labs, and shared spaces are starting to come to life. What was once an open shell is quickly transforming into a 47,000 SF office and R&D facility designed to support innovation, collaboration, and forward-thinking work.

We are excited to keep the momentum going and look forward to sharing more as this project continues to evolve.

A glimpse into one of our active projects in Palo Alto, Mizuho.

This space is undergoing a full transformation. Nearly everything inside is brand new, with the exception of the four existing walls. From electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to elevated finishes throughout, this is a complete interior rebuild designed to feel modern and refined.

One of the standout elements of this project is alignment. Walls, lighting, glass, diffusers, AV components, and accessories are being meticulously positioned to create balance, symmetry, and a clean architectural rhythm. It is the kind of detail you may not immediately notice, but you definitely feel the moment you walk into the space.

When complete, Mizuho will be a polished environment where precision meets performance. Built with intention down to the smallest detail.

Recently completed at 330 Potrero, this project reflects a thoughtful transformation both inside and out. The renovation introduced a refreshed layout.

On the exterior, existing spandrel walls were replaced with sleek storefront glazing, bringing in more natural light and creating a cleaner, more contemporary presence. The reimagined interior enhances both functionality and flow, resulting in a space that is brighter, more efficient, and ready for what’s next.
