This client's garage has just become the best gas station in town.
We installed a Level 2 EV charger right in the garage. Clean mount, dedicated circuit, done right. No extension cords, no slow trickle charging overnight from a regular outlet. We handle the permit, the panel work, and the full installation. One call and it is taken care of.

Got an EV without a home charger? That is the first thing you should fix.

"Nothing is broken, so why would I need maintenance?" We hear this a lot. Here is what happened on a recent routine visit to a home where everything seemed completely fine.

We went up to the attic and that is exactly where we found a gas leak. No smell from inside the house. No warning. No obvious signs at all. Just gas quietly escaping in a space nobody checks.

Two things happen when a leak like this goes undetected. It is a serious safety hazard. Additionally, that lost gas shows up on your bill every single month until someone finds it. Maintenance is not about fixing what is broken. It is about finding what you cannot see before it becomes dangerous or expensive.

When was the last maintenance of your units?

A sparking breaker is not a minor issue. It is a fire hazard.
If you see sparks, smell burning plastic, or notice scorch marks around your electrical panel, stop using that circuit and call a licensed electrician immediately. Do not reset the breaker. Do not ignore it.
Breakers are designed to trip for a reason. When they start sparking instead of tripping, something has already gone wrong, whether it is a faulty breaker, loose wiring, or an overloaded panel.
This is not a wait and see situation.
If something in your panel does not look or smell right, get it checked before it becomes something worse.

This is what happens when the wrong person does the electrical work.
A burnt outlet is not just an eyesore. It is the result of a bad connection, an overload, or work done by someone who did not know what they were doing. Behind that scorched plastic there is often wiring that has already started to deteriorate inside the wall.
Most residential electrical fires start exactly like this. Quietly. Out of sight. No warning until it is too late.
A licensed electrician is not just a formality. It is someone who knows the code, stands behind their work, and does it in a way that holds up for years without putting your home at risk.
If you see a burnt outlet, smell something near a switch, or notice sparks when you plug something in, do not wait it out.
One call to a licensed pro is always cheaper than what comes after you ignore it.

New furnace install completed. The old unit stopped working and the replacement part was simply no longer available. At a certain point, tracking down obsolete components costs more than it saves.
The client needed heat. We found the right system for the home, had it installed and running ASAP.
Sometimes the decision gets made for you. When it does, the best thing you can do is move fast and do it right.

Clients complained about a musty odor coming from their AC. We ran a diagnostic and found the evaporator coil covered in bacteria and mold.
This is more common than people think. A coil that never gets cleaned becomes a breeding ground for microorganisms. The air blowing through your room passes right over it.
Regular maintenance isn't just about performance. It's about what you're actually breathing.
When did you last have your unit serviced? Link in bio.

This is what we found when we showed up for a maintenance call.
The unit had been running like this for a long time. Overgrown weeds, dead branches piled up against the coils, zero clearance on any side. The system was working twice as hard to do half the job.
We cleared everything out, cleaned the coils, and got the unit back to breathing properly.
If your outdoor unit looks anything like that left side, give us a call. This is exactly the kind of thing we take care of on a maintenance visit, and catching it early is always cheaper than a breakdown in the middle of summer.
Your system works hard enough as it is. Do not make it fight the backyard too.

A customer called us after smelling something burning and losing power to part of their home.

When we opened the panel, here is what we found. Breakers from multiple different brands mixed together. The busbar had been physically modified to make them fit. And the neutral conductor was not properly terminated. It was tied down with a screw, which caused neutral conductor damage throughout the panel.

Someone had been in that panel before us. They were not licensed. And they left behind a fire waiting to happen.

This is not rare. It happens when homeowners hire whoever is available without checking credentials first. A licensed electrician carries proof. Ask for it before anyone touches your panel.
Check your contractor. Every time.

You spent good money on a light fixture. The handyman said he could handle the install. Now it flickers, trips the breaker, or worst case, the wiring is running hotter than it should be.

This happens more than people realize. A beautiful fixture means nothing if the circuit was not checked before installation. Every light has a wattage load. Every circuit has a limit. When nobody does the math, your expensive fixture becomes a fire hazard.

We see this regularly. A quick load calculation before the install takes minutes and protects your home, your fixture, and your family.

If a handyman installed your lighting and something feels off, get it inspected before it becomes a bigger problem. Remember: licensed electricians only!

Dirty solar panels can lose up to 25% of their efficiency. That is money sitting on your roof doing nothing.
Dust, pollen, bird droppings and grime build up over time and block the sunlight your panels need to perform. A professional clean takes care of all of it without risking damage to the panels or yourself.
Most homeowners clean once or twice a year.
If you cannot remember the last time yours were cleaned, it is probably high time to call us!
