AT1G54500 antibody
The protein AT1G54500 in Arabidopsis thaliana is a thylakoid membrane-bound iron-binding protein essential for the proper assembly of Photosystem II, which is crucial for photosynthesis. This protein is conserved across all oxygenic photoautotrophic organisms, underscoring its fundamental role in maintaining photosynthetic efficiency and stability within chloroplasts.
The AT1G54500 antibody (PHY2804A, https://www.phytoab.com/at1g54500%20antibody) immunogen is a peptide sequence from the Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G54500 protein. The Western Blot (WB) results are shown in the figure, with lanes containing 7.5 µg of chloroplast proteins extracted from Arabidopsis thaliana leaves. The primary antibody was diluted at a ratio of 1:2000.
Confirmed reactive species: Arabidopsis thaliana.
The immunogen for the AT1G54500 antibody (PHY1967S, https://www.phytoab.com/at1g54500%20antibody) is a recombinant sequence from the Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G54500 protein. The Western Blot (WB) results are shown in the image: lanes 1-2 contain 1.25 µg and 2.5 µg of chlorophyll from Arabidopsis thylakoid membrane proteins, respectively. The primary antibody dilution used is 1:1000.
Confirmed reactive species: Arabidopsis thaliana.
