Drilling 29 pier holes for this project and making sure everything stays precise. Had to re-mark our layout after the machine rolled over the lines—but that’s part of the process. Accuracy is everything when it comes to a solid foundation.

Out with the old, in with the new 🔨

We started demo on this deck, but the project was paused after the homeowner decided to move forward with a completely new build instead of reusing the existing structure. No shortcuts — we’re removing it the right way so we can rebuild it stronger, safer, and built to last.

A full inside-and-out transformation. 🔨✨
This project started with a complete kitchen demo and rebuild featuring a brand-new layout, upgraded main electrical panel, all-new kitchen wiring, framed soffit ceiling, new drywall, custom cabinets, custom countertops, and new tile flooring. We also built a brand-new IPE deck and installed new railings, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow straight from the kitchen.

Full kitchen remodel with a complete layout change 🔨✨
This project included reconfiguring the kitchen layout, which meant relocating the sink and updating the plumbing. Because the layout changed, the electrical was also updated and outlets were relocated to match the new design. Everything in this kitchen is brand new — cabinets, appliances, and custom, special-order countertops. The homeowner personally selected the slab, making this kitchen truly one of a kind. We finished it off with new tile flooring for a clean, modern look.

Temporary framing at the Marriott Hotel here in Downtown San Jose. We built a temporary wall to support emergency power work so another company could run their cables safely. Each cable weighed about 50 lbs, and there were plenty of them, so the framing had to be solid and secure. Strong framing and good coordination make all the difference.(408)594-0002 📞

Change order complete ✔️ We added additional siding to the garage and installed the siding from the original scope as well. Siding is primed only, per owner request—the owner will be handling the final paint. Very happy client and a great final result.
