👋 Meet Ryan Long - our new MA1 Territory Sales Manager!

We’re excited to welcome Ryan to the Keri team, covering Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Ryan joins us with years of experience in casino surveillance, working hands-on with CCTV and access control systems - so he already knows his way around the security industry.

Originally from Virginia Beach, Ryan graduated from the University of Lynchburg with a degree in Criminology, where he was also a four-year member of the baseball team and helped bring home a National Championship in 2023. ⚾

So, between the Criminology degree, surveillance experience and being pretty handy with a baseball bat, we’ve decided it’s probably best to stay on Ryan’s good side...

Outside of work, Ryan puts those baseball skills to slightly less intimidating use as an assistant high school coach. He’s also an avid sports fan, golfer, and enjoys spending time with family.

We’re delighted to have him on board and excited for him to start meeting our customers and partners across the territory.

Borealis just got smarter, faster and easier to manage.

Our July 2026 release introduces several new features to simplify system migrations, everyday administration and subscription planning:

• Import cardholders and credentials directly from a CSV file
• Search, filter and export grid data using the new AI Grid Assistant
• Create a dedicated Dealer Support page for your customers
• Save each operator’s preferred filters, columns and page settings
• Bulk archive or delete cardholders, credentials and PINs
• Estimate the cost of adding readers to an existing subscription
• Updates to subscription renewal reminders

The release also includes Mercury MP firmware v2.10, improvements to transaction reporting, and several controller, reader and hub communication enhancements.

CSV Import is currently enabled on request. Contact us if you would like it activated on your Borealis system.

Another great day out with the team at Alarm Products Distributors - Saint Paul, MN - this time with Sean Leggott, Jeff, and Ed Hendricks leading the session 🎤

One of the biggest conversations throughout the day was about a challenge every installer knows too well... deploying systems quickly, configuring them efficiently, and handing them over without unnecessary complexity or wasted on-site time.

That’s exactly where modern platforms like Borealis are changing the game.

From faster setup with QR Codes on controllers, and simplified configuration wizards to remote access with Borealis, the focus was on helping integrators reduce installation time, simplify deployment, and make ongoing system management easier for both themselves and their customers.

There were also great discussions about upgrading older systems and how dealers can modernise existing sites without creating unnecessary disruption or complicated rip-and-replace projects.

The feedback and engagement throughout has been fantastic, a huge thank you to everyone who came along and spent time with us.

Peggy recently ran one of our “Deploy Faster. Earn More. Simplify Installs.” training sessions at ADI Snap One in NY.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. It was great spending time with installers and integrators, talking through real-world projects, sharing ideas, and getting hands-on with the latest Keri solutions.

One thing that really stood out during the sessions was the excitement around not only creating new opportunities with new customers, but also reconnecting with accounts from 10–20 years ago and bringing them into today’s modern Cloud environment.

From faster deployments and simpler installs, through to Borealis cloud access control and mobile credentials, there were a lot of great conversations, fresh ideas, and genuine enthusiasm around the future of Cloud-based access control.

We’ve really enjoyed getting back out on the road again - and the turnout has been fantastic 🫶
