puts together a Santa's Workshop for all the families living there, so everyone has something to open on Xmas morning.

Volunteers help the families pick out presents, wrap them up and deliver them to the rooms.

There's still time to donate to those in need this Xmas season.

500k plastic bottles at a single hospital. OMG😔

My longest pedal - 150miles - was to make it to Elk City, Ok. Doc put me up for the night and bought Mexican food - heart surgeon approved:) - while we talked about life.

WTF... The paradox is the rich don't have to care if half the people on the planet die and we all live underground; they can buy expensive tech that simulates a beautiful world. But, it is exactly them/us that are manufacturing the destruction of the earth...

Teaching the financial literacy class at I suggested people should really consider moving due to prices in the bay area. Someone countered my ignorance by saying 'how can I afford to do that. Moving isn't cheap...'

Without opportunity or direct suppport, it is next to impossible to expect people will even have a chance to make a change.
