This is the largest construction project for an industrial facility at present in Santa Clara County. The exact construction value has not been disclosed, but we estimate it to be in excess of $50 million. Bay Consulting Engineers is performing engineering services for multiple projects for Alza Corporation in Mountain View. These projects include the following:
· Development of air flow diagrams for existing laboratories and the HVAC equipment; analyze and resolve lab pressurization concerns.
· Design solutions for laboratory hood exhaust systems for multiple buildings.
