The company was founded by Mr. William Fritz, an experienced general contractor who for the past two decades has completed projects for many of the areas premier companies. These projects range from sophisticated clean room, computer room and test floor construction to general office remodels. During 1997, W.G. Fritz Construction completed 15 design/build construction projects, which were negotiated directly with the owner or construction buyer. This comprised over 60% of the companies 1997 completed contracts.
