Regatta Solutions is hiring Commercial Solar Installers to join our rapidly growing renewable energy team. We have multiple large-scale projects underway across Arizona and California and are looking for motivated, dependable installers ready to work on high-quality commercial solar builds.
This is not residential rooftop — this is ground-mount, carport, commercial rooftop and commercial-scale construction.
What you'll be doing...
- Install racking, panels, and related solar equipment
- Perform layout, measurement, and site prep
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with electrical installation
- Work on large commercial and utility-scale job sites
- Follow safety, quality, and construction standards
What we're looking for...
- Construction, solar, electrical background preferred (but not required)
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand, climb, and work on structures
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel to job sites within AZ & CA
