Ever wonder where a facility's wastewater actually goes?

Into systems like this one. Effluent tanks contain and process the facility's wastewater; reuse systems send the clean water back into the facility instead of down the drain. The result: less freshwater drawn, lower operating costs, nothing harmful released.

This is footage from a treatment plant we recently completed for an industrial client. Our team designed and delivered it from the ground up.

Join our team as a Water & Wastewater Operator!

As more communities and facilities rely on Nviro to operate and maintain their water and wastewater systems, we're growing our team.

You'll:
• Operate and maintain drinking water and wastewater treatment systems
• Monitor biological treatment, chemical feed systems, and SCADA-controlled equipment
• Perform field sampling and lab work to support regulatory compliance
• Serve as the onsite representative for our clients

Required:
• Grade I California Wastewater Treatment Operator certification
• D1 Water Distribution certification
• Experience with pumps, wells, VFDs, and SCADA systems

Preferred:
• Grade II Wastewater Treatment Operator certification
• D2 Water Distribution and T1 Water Treatment certifications (or the ability to obtain them)

At Nviro, you'll help municipalities and industrial clients operate reliable water infrastructure while working alongside a team committed to quality, safety, and service.

Flying the flag high at Nviro. This Independence Day, we're celebrating the work our team does right here in America. Nviro's water and wastewater treatment systems are engineered, fabricated, and assembled in-house. Our construction crews install these systems, and our operators keep them running by monitoring and maintaining them. We're proud of the team and the products that protect America's water resources. Happy 4th of July from Nviro!

The Nviro team recently gathered at the ballpark to enjoy a local summer tradition: a SLO Blues game!

This year marked our 3rd year carrying on this fun Nviro tradition as sponsors of a San Luis Obispo Blues game. Supporting our community while bringing our team together for an evening at the ballpark makes this one of our favorite events of the year.

A great game, even better company, and another memorable summer night at the ballpark.

Making it official with the Nviro ribbon cutting!

We've expanded our campus, adding a new facility that allows us to manufacture at a much larger scale. What does that mean for our customers? More space means more advanced machinery, and that means quality products delivered faster.

This National Welding Month, we’re proud to spotlight the craftsmanship of our in-house fabrication team. At Nviro, our crew does it all, from fiber laser cutting and MIG/TIG welding to laser welding and rolling, bringing precision, skill, and attention to detail to every step of the process. By keeping this work in-house, we ensure greater consistency, tighter quality control, and a higher standard of craftsmanship from start to finish.
