Pacific Lasertec has acquired Diode Laser Concepts Inc. (“DLC”), a designer and manufacturer of custom, turnkey laser modules and systems. Headquartered in Medford, Oregon, DLC’s products support critical applications across analytical instrumentation, medical, defense and industrial sectors.

“DLC is a trusted engineering partner to its customers, with a strong track record of delivering complex and innovative solutions for high-performance applications,” said Blake Fennell, CEO of Pacific Lasertec. “This partnership expands our product portfolio and strengthens our engineering capabilities, positioning us to deliver enhanced value to our customers.”

DLC is the first strategic acquisition by Pacific Lasertec, under the sponsorship of Pfingsten Partners, an operationally oriented private equity firm focused on middle market companies.

Pacific Lasertec has completed its acquisition of Voltex, Inc., a Colorado-based manufacturer of high voltage power supplies for lasers and related applications. Voltex will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary, with ongoing design and manufacturing activities in Colorado Springs, CO.
