We will be offering new leases for hangar space. As I mentioned before we will have one space available in November, first come first serve. Hangar spcae is at a premium so reserve it now.

Since costs have gone up across the board we will have to insrease our lease rates. But to help offset the higher rates, we have two options.

Opt 1: Monthly lease rate of $575, If you Pay in full you only pay $$6325.

Opt 2: Monthly lease rate of $500, if you pay in full you only pay $5500. Your lease agrees to give Blue Skies Aviation your maintenance, Annual/Condition Inspection for the time you are in your lease. You will also get $5/Hr. off of our labor rate for all maintenance during your leasehold. There are more detail we can go over if your interested.

We already have a couple parties interested and this is the only space we will have at the moment. As I said it is first come first serv. If you want to secure this space you can pay for it now and your lease will not start until Nov, 2026.

This is for either a small RV or a high wing Cessna 172, 182, 210, 206... etc.

Just found out that a long time customer and friend passed away. Mr. Gunn had not flown in about six years. I had the pleasure and pain of keeping his Aerostar flying. Mr. Gunn was more than a customer or friend, he was also a mentor. He was always willing to offer advice whenever I would ask him for it.

Mr. Gunn gave so much of his time helping the poor throughout the world. He and his wise Jane were very dedicated to their friends, family and church.

Mr. Gunn loved flying so very much. He cried when the time came to hang up his wings and sell his bird. We will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the aviation community.
