Our client came to us with a shower leak.

John met with the homeowners and secured a quote for our client to submit to their insurance provider.

Upon receiving approval, John demolished the existing tile. He identified and repaired the source of the leak and installed new tile on the shower walls and floor. John was able to preserve the existing shower glass and reinstall it once the new tile was in place.

The tile and grout selections perfectly complemented the existing finishes, ensuring a seamless integration of the shower renovation with the original bathroom design.

Another master shower renovation complete and it looks stunning!

Our client wanted to remove the existing bathtub, have a large shower and built in storage.

Glossy subway tile with floral mosaic tile niches and complimenting hexagon floors has transformed this bathroom to feel like a spa.

The floor to ceiling built in matches existing cabinets and has both doors and drawers for ample storage.

Our clients wanted to address a few pain points in their laundry room.

The homeowners had to close the laundry room door while doing laundry due to its inward swing. When open, the door handle caused painful bruises when bumped into while using the washer. The countertop and cabinets were similarly difficult to access, as they were obstructed by the open door.

John collaborated with our clients to come up with a solution.

A sliding barn door featuring frosted glass panes and black hardware was installed. The dummy drawer was replaced with a functional one and matching cabinet hardware was also installed.

Look WATT Realty & Renovations has been up to! 💡

Our clients wished to upgrade their recessed lighting and add a personal touch to their home. New fixtures were added in the hallway, dining room, kitchen, above the kitchen table, and a larger, black ceiling fan replaced the existing fan.

The homeowners noted that the living room felt dark with only the ceiling fan for lighting. To address this, John designed and installed four new recessed lights in the living room.

All lighting is now controlled by dimmable switches.

Master Shower Transformation.

Our clients desired a shower that reflected their personal style, prompting the demolition of the existing glass, shower pan and tile. This was followed by the installation of a horizontal niche, wall tile and distinctive pebble floor tile. A sleek frameless glass enclosure and subtle hidden drain finalized the renovation. The result is a spacious and expertly designed shower featuring practical storage. Our client's chosen finishes provided the perfect finishing touch!

This hallway was a blank canvas and our customer wanted to make the entry cozy with the addition of wainscoting that includes a picture ledge!

Our customer wanted to conceal the area under the stairs. We installed cedar planks and sealed the raw wood with stain.
