Organizations from across the nation came together to enjoy some great BBQ, and more importantly, support the local United Way program. We’re proud to be part of an event that brings the community together for such a great cause!

What a great day on the range! 🎯

Our Cust-O-Fab team had an incredible time competing in the 24th Annual Shoot for Scouting Clay Shoot in Amarillo, TX. We're proud to have earned 2nd Place while supporting a fantastic organization and enjoying some friendly competition.

A big thank you to everyone who made this event possible. We appreciate the opportunity to participate and are already looking forward to coming back and competing again next year!

We're Hiring: Thermal Engineer

Are you passionate about engineering solutions that drive performance? Join the team at Cust-O-Fab as a Thermal Engineer and play a critical role in turning complex customer requirements into practical, cost-effective solutions.

In this role, you'll partner closely with our Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to:

* Design and size shell & tube heat exchangers based on customer process requirements.
* Review and optimize thermal designs for efficiency, reliability, and manufacturability.
* Evaluate RFQ packages and provide technical quote reviews.
* Develop material and fabrication estimates to support competitive, accurate proposals.
* Identify opportunities to reduce fabrication costs while maintaining performance and quality.
* Serve as the technical resource for our Sales team throughout the quoting process.
