THE MAN BEHIND PECO

As we celebrate 15 years, I'd like to introduce you to the man behind Piping Enterprise.

Most people know Charlie Blevins as the President of our company.

I know him as the man whose phone never stops ringing, whose workday rarely ends, and whose title doesn't define him.

On any given day, you might find Charlie at his desk, under a welding hood, making a delivery, or even boiling crawfish for an employee lunch. Although his title says President, Charlie still thinks of himself as a welder. It's what he loves, and I don't think that will ever change.

What has always amazed me most is how deeply he cares about people. Over the years, he has built relationships that extend far beyond the work itself.

The same heart he brings to our employees and customers is the one he brings home every day as a husband, dad, and "Papa."

Those are the titles he treasures most.

Some have said he's too soft-hearted to run a business.

I couldn't disagree more.

His strength has never come from being the loudest or boldest person in the room. It comes from serving others, being a man of his word, and doing what is right—even when it's the harder path.

When we were in the process of purchasing PECO, Charlie's mom shared a verse with him that has quietly shaped the way he leads to this day:

"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." — Proverbs 16:3

The word "commit" carries the idea of rolling your burdens onto the Lord—trusting Him with the weight you were never meant to carry alone. Owning a business comes with its share of worries, challenges, and sleepless nights, but I've watched Charlie continually place those burdens in God's hands and keep moving forward in faith.

As I look back over these fifteen years, I see God's hands so clearly. Charlie committed his work to the Lord, and time after time God guided our path, provided what we needed, and carried us through seasons we could have never navigated on our own.

Happy 15th Anniversary, Charlie.

Thank you for loving your family, serving your employees, caring for your customers, and leading PECO with integrity.

I’m so thankful you chose me to walk this journey beside you.

~❤️ Leah

THE LEGACY CONTINUES

Fifteen Years. Three Generations. One Purpose.

At PECO, our story is more than steel and structures—it's a legacy.
It began with hard work and a vision passed down from one generation to the next.

From Charlie's dad, who instilled the values of faith, integrity, and a strong work ethic...

To Charlie and his brothers, who built on that foundation and turned a dream into reality...

To the next generation… learning, growing, and carrying that legacy forward.

But the legacy doesn't stop with our family.

We are proud of the many fathers throughout PECO who have taught their sons and daughters the trade—passing down more than a trade, but the values of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in doing a job well.

We're also grateful for the many employees' children and grandchildren who have spent summers in our shop, on our field crews, in our office, as helpers, groundskeepers, interns, and laborers. They've swept floors, painted, loaded trucks, organized parts, helped in the office, and discovered that every job has value.

Those experiences have shaped character, built confidence, and, for many, sparked a lifelong appreciation for skilled trades.

PECO is more than a company.

It's our family.
Our future.
Our legacy.

Because the greatest thing we've built over the last fifteen years isn't made of steel… it's the people who carry this legacy forward.

Every PECO project has a story.

Behind every weld, every drawing, every delivery, every invoice, every inspection, and every handshake is a person who chose to give their best.

For fifteen years, PECO has been blessed with people who care about doing things the right way—people who take pride in their work and genuinely care for one another.

This isn't a celebration of what we've built.

We celebrate the men and women who built it.

Thank you, Team PECO.

Fifteen years ago, PECO reopened its doors with a handful of dedicated people, a lot of determination, and faith that God would provide a path forward.

Since then, countless employees, customers, vendors, families, and friends have played a part in our story.

We are celebrating the men and women who built PECO.

FIFTEENTH ANNIVERSARY 2011-2026

Join us in celebrating and reflecting on our 15-year journey over the coming weeks.

On July 11, 2011, thanks to CVR and John Barker, Piping Enterprise Company Inc. embarked on its first project. Although it took six months to reopen, we succeeded, and now, 15 years later, we're still here. As we look back, we can clearly see God's hands! Proverbs 16:3

A father's greatest project isn't built with steel, tools, or machinery—it's built in the hearts of his children.

Fathers teach us how to work hard, tell the truth, keep our promises, and stand back up when life knocks us down.

The influence of a good father doesn't just shape boys—it shapes girls, families, communities, and future generations. The character he builds today becomes the character his children carry into tomorrow.

At PECO, we're thankful for the dads who leave early, work late, sacrifice quietly, and lead by example. The lessons you teach at home are helping build the men and women our world needs.

To all the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures: thank you for the difference you make every day.

Happy Father's Day!

"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." — Proverbs 22:6
