Help Wanted: Concrete & Asphalt Laborers
MR Concrete & Asphalt is seeking hard-working, dependable laborers to join our team. We specialize in concrete foundations and asphalt driveways. Experience preferred, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidates.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with concrete pouring and finishing
Working with asphalt installation
General labor tasks on job sites
Following safety protocols and site instructions
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong work ethic and physical stamina
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Must be punctual and a team player

🚧 Exciting things are happening in Red River! We’re currently working on an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) building system, and we’re sharing some behind-the-scenes photos of this project coming to life! 📸

ICF construction is known for its outstanding energy efficiency, strength, and durability, making it ideal for the unique climate in Red River. Our team has been carefully setting every block to ensure a solid foundation that will stand the test of time.

The next stage of this project will feature Whisper Creek's prefabricated walls, which will be delivered fully assembled and bolted together on-site. This unique combination, along with building right on the side of the river, makes this project truly one-of-a-kind!

From the dirt house pad and all the concrete work to the rock landscaping and a beautifully finished asphalt driveway, we handled it all to ensure this home looks absolutely breathtaking!
