With decades of leadership experience in utility aviation, aerial firefighting, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO), and powerline operations, he brings a proven record of building high-performing teams and delivering results in complex and demanding environments.

Having advanced through roles including mechanic, crew chief, Director of Maintenance, and operations executive, he offers a comprehensive understanding of aviation operations from the ground up. This depth of experience enables him to lead organizations with both strategic vision and practical ex*****on.
Throughout his career, Braun has successfully led domestic and international helicopter operations, managing multidisciplinary teams across operations, maintenance, logistics, safety, and business development. He is widely recognized for developing disciplined operational systems that enhance efficiency, accountability, and aircraft availability—key drivers of sustained organizational performance.
