Yesterday we broke ground on the NEW modern clubhouse at Queenfield Golf Club — a long awaited upgrade to a property whose name traces back centuries.

Queenfield holds history… and before this very important day, our team worked like consultants first — problem solving, planning, addressing design + operational details long before these shovels struck the dirt.

Before the concrete’s poured or the first wall goes up, our team is already thinking five steps ahead.

Early on here at the incoming Mitchel St. Storage facility in Richmond, we moved the transformer from ground level to a pole-mounted position — not because it was required at the time, but because we knew what it was going to save. If it had stayed on the ground, we’d be facing a service inspection that could delay Dominion Power from even starting. Instead, transformers are already installed, and the project keeps moving.

That’s the difference: we don’t just build — we consult, advise, and protect timelines long before a delay ever has a chance to show up.
