Throughout National Construction Safety Week 2026, teams across every Telamon job site have participated in safety standdowns focused on the hazards that matter most and the actions that keep people safe.

These conversations reinforce a simple message. Recognize the STCKY hazards, Stuff That Can Kill You. Respond with the right controls. Look out for one another every day.

Safety standdowns give our teams the opportunity to pause, refocus, and strengthen the culture of accountability and care that drives our work in the field.

Safety is not just part of the job at Telamon. It’s part of who we are, and we're all in, together!

In construction, safety means looking out for the whole person, including mental health.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Telamon Construction recognizes the importance of checking in, speaking up, and supporting one another on and off the jobsite. We’re also grateful for community resources like 2Tuff2Talk, which helps connect construction workers and their families in Northwest Ohio with mental health support.

No one should have to carry the weight alone. Together, we can help build a stronger, more supportive industry.
