Good food, great company, and plenty to celebrate!

The Telamon team recently gathered at Copper Whale Winery in Clyde for our annual summer get-together, with some delicious food from Bone Boy's BBQ & Catering, LLC. This year’s get-together came with an extra surprise as we also celebrated Lisa Westcott and wished her well on her retirement!

It was a great day to relax, catch up, and enjoy some time together outside of the office. Cheers to summer, a great team, and an exciting next chapter for Lisa!

We’re looking for an organized, dependable, detail-oriented person to help support daily office operations and keep our team running smoothly. This role will assist with front desk support, document preparation, project files, payroll and invoice support, compliance documentation, and general office coordination.

Prior construction office experience is helpful, but not required. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and ready to be a key part of the Telamon team.

A new chapter for early childhood learning in Findlay.

Telamon was proud to join HHWP CAC, Head Start staff, project partners, and community members in celebrating the ribbon-cutting for the newly renovated Head Start daycare facility in Findlay, Ohio.

The project transformed an existing storage and garage area into a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for children under the age of 2-1/2. The completed space now includes four classrooms, an indoor gross motor skills activity room, and a fenced-in playground area designed to support learning, movement, and care.

We are grateful to have played a role in bringing this important community resource to life and congratulate HHWP CAC on a facility that will serve children and families in the Findlay area for years to come.
