There is nothing quite like welcoming back the people who paved the way. 🙌 We recently had the pleasure of hosting some of our retired team members for a walk-through of the plant.

We took them behind the scenes across our sheeting, printing, cutting, and gluing departments to show off our latest upgrades and how much our technology has evolved over the years. Our retirees were given a sneak peek at our building expansion currently underway, offering a first look at the future they helped make possible.

It was an incredible experience sharing stories and catching up with the faces that built our foundation. Thank you to our retirees for visiting and seeing how we're carrying the torch forward!

Good Food, Good Coffee, and Even Better Company!

Sandusky Packaging recently paused our daily workflows to celebrate our company anniversary with a team picnic. It was great to have some of our retired team members join us to catch up and reconnect.

We also heard an inspiring speech from our President reflecting on our journey since 1965 and sharing an exciting vision for the future. To top it all off, we wrapped up the day with a raffle—huge congratulations to our lucky winners!

Thank you to our entire team, partners, and community for making milestones like this possible. Thank you to Bone Boy's BBQ & Catering, LLC for providing a delicious lunch and The Drip for the tasty beverages!

Sandusky Packaging HIT A NEW RECORD!
This August we achieved an ALL-TIME RECORD monthly sales goal! 🙌
It’s an incredible achievement and a great reflection of the hard work and teamwork that goes into everything we do. To celebrate we enjoyed some very delicious food from a local Sandusky business, Great Lakes Grinders.

Amazing work, team! 👏 Let’s keep the momentum going and make September another great month!

Today, we celebrated two great accomplishments at Sandusky Packaging.

First, we honored Jeff Doerr on his retirement after five years of dedicated service as our Shipping Clerk. Jeff, thank you for your hard work, reliability, and the many laughs you've shared with our team over the years. We wish you all the best!

We also celebrated achieving our June monthly sales goals, marking another milestone made possible by the commitment and teamwork of our employees.

To our entire team, thank you for your continued dedication to delivering superior-quality products and outstanding service. Your efforts make achievements like these possible.

Congratulations, Jeff, and thank you to everyone who helped make June a successful month. We're looking forward to what July has in store!

🎉 Today, we are celebrating a very happy retirement for Greg after 41 dedicated years with Sandusky Packaging!

Greg has been with us since 1985, but his connection to Sandusky Packaging goes back much further. He practically grew up in this facility, following in the footsteps of his father, Lester Norman, one of the company's founders and a member of the "Original Winning Team" who built the company from the ground up.

Over the decades, Greg has established a remarkable reputation and become a valued leader within our organization and community.

Greg, thank you for everything you've done for this company. We truly hope you enjoy your well-deserved retirement!

Please join us in wishing Greg the best in the comments below! 👇

What starts as a CAD drawing becomes the blueprint for thousands—or even millions—of finished packages. Seeing them all together is a great reminder of the scale and craftsmanship our team brings to every project.
