Huge water damage home. Water heater main line broke and flooded out home. In the process of working with no heat in the house water froozed and busted main water supply causing water to flood underside of home. Hot mess but we got throw it. Repaired all old and new damages that happened. Rebuilt all the plumbing to sinks and main supply lines. New heat tape and pipe wraps. Rebuilt riser that supplies house from freezing again. Rebuild toilets and dishwater lines. Ripped out subfloor and insulation. Restructured the 24 o.c. joist with blocking to support new flooring. Installed new snaplock flooring. Installed R-25 post barn insulation under home to close off bottom and keep house warm. Stained and installed new baseboards and shoe around cabinets. Reinstalled all appliances and cabinets that had to be moved to work in home. Ran space heaters under home to warm up house and dry out underside of home.

O man knocking out another small remodel. Helping a friend with his flooring to finish his house off. Painting and installing new trim. Small patch work on wall. Installing new snaplock flooring. Clean and killing mold in small bathroom before kill priming subfloor.. Small leak of water in the process of replacing floors that had to be address.

Tearing out old flooring and installing v***r pad. Installed new flooring in laundry room and installed new trim around walls. Spot painted to clean up install of moldings. Reinstalled appliances and sink back in room.

Need to get heat to the second floor bathroom. Opened wall ran new HVAC line and refinished walls back in.

Gutters ripped off home. Come to find out that water has been getting behind fascia board and rotted out all materials. Replaced fasica boards and install new drip edge and new white steel fasica. Also had to rebuild all the truss ends to support new fascia boards. Reinstalled soffits panels and rehung old gutters back up.

Hallway closet and master sweet closet. Took out hallways closet and made the walk-in closet larger. Add 27 more inches to the space making it a total of 5ft wide by 7ft long. Mudding, framing, drywalling, and only priming walls.

Structural lifted house and cut out all the floor joist and installed new joist from steel beam to steel beam in basement. Leveled, flooring, walls, and ceiling in bathroom. Framed out for a new shower to be install. And installed a drop ceiling framing for new lighting and vent fan. Pulled out window in bathroom and reframed off for later work outside to be done.

Fixed floor joist that pulled away from the rim joist in house. Then lifted the whole section of home 1 1/2 inches off outside foundation then installed a new support beam across flooring. Install new joist against old joist to support them and level room out for new subfloor to go in. Insulated exterior wall to keep floor warm.

Built a closeout panel for a fridge to close off area and moved pantry 1 inch over. Saind and cleared panel to match.

Two different house but handicap bars in shower and down steps.
