Job Title: In-Office Assistant Job Description
Location: Sandy, Utah, United States
Type: On-Site
Work Schedule: 2-3 Days (Mon-Fri) and Flexible Hours
Rate: $15/hr.

We are seeking an In-Office Executive Assistant to work with our company, located in Sandy, Utah. The role involves supporting general office tasks and coordinating with our international team.

Responsibilities:
- Communicating transparently with the international team of executive assistants.
- Handling checks, including receiving, writing, and depositing them as needed.
- Collecting, sorting, and scanning mails.
- Managing daily office needs, such as purchasing supplies, contacting vendors, overseeing inventory, and managing expenses.
- Answering phone calls as necessary.
- Managing office maintenance work orders.
- Handling office budget and processing invoices.
- Assisting in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in office common areas.

Qualifications:
- Reside in or near Sandy, Utah, USA.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have a valid driver's license and personal transportation.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn.
- Take initiative and follow instructions.
- Have knowledge of Google Workspace apps, such as Drive, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
